FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The useful answer
depends on the application.

These general notes help buyers prepare. They do not replace model-specific documentation, a qualified lighting design or market-specific regulatory review.

01Can you provide a lighting layout or calculation?

A real supplier should confirm whether photometric files, calculation software, project inputs and review responsibility are available. This sample does not generate an engineered layout.

02Do all products carry CE, UL or DLC listings?

No blanket claim is made here. Requirements depend on the product, destination, applicable rules and the exact model. Request evidence that identifies the offered model and its scope.

03What is the difference between lumens and watts?

Watts describe electrical input; lumens describe emitted luminous flux. Neither alone describes how light reaches a task plane. Optics, mounting geometry and photometric data matter.

04Can the fixtures be dimmed with DALI or 0–10 V?

That depends on the exact driver and control configuration. Confirm protocol, wiring, device compatibility and commissioning responsibility before specifying.

05Can I request multiple products in one quotation?

Yes. A project list can include different fixture families, quantities, options, destination and installation locations for one review.

06Can you provide an IES file or test report?

A real supplier should provide a current file linked to the exact model and configuration. This sample contains no product-level IES files or test reports.

07Do you support OEM or private label?

The real supplier would need to confirm available branding, packaging, minimum quantities, approvals and artwork responsibilities. The sample does not claim a manufacturing capability.

08How should a project request begin if the design is not complete?

Share the location, space type, available plan or dimensions, known requirements and what is still undecided. The first review can identify the missing inputs without pretending they are known.
