Ask for the file by model and relevant option—not just by wattage or product family. Record the file name and revision alongside the schedule line.
Check what the file represents
Confirm the tested or measured configuration and whether the file corresponds to the offered optic, output, CCT and driver version. A file is not, by itself, a project calculation.
Keep design responsibility clear
A layout or compliance conclusion depends on project geometry, criteria, calculation assumptions and review responsibility. This sample does not generate photometry or lighting calculations.
